Today, i read through the google earth blog. i found out that google earth recently uploading a huge amount of satellite image and updating their database. This means new high resolution data for all of Germany, many places in Europe, the new 3"/pixel data for Las Vegas. when you zoom to lowest level map, you will see a the Earth's land masses will look more green because Google is now using a dataset from a company called TrueEarth.
